Pipe relining technology and techniques used.
When we perform pipe relining we can adopt various techniques depending on the following things:
- Location of where the liner is to be installed
- Access to the area that needs to be relined
- we can either push the liner in place or pull it in place which makes this method of relining so versatile and accurate
We can pull the liner directly into the position / location that we want to reline, once we are happy that we have covered the correct area then we can inflate the bladder and allow the epoxy resin to cure in place.
The liner once cures is a structural liner which will completely adhere to the host pipe and will ensure if you have had an issue with tree roots penetrating your pipes the tree root will not go through the host pipe and the newly relined pipe. If there are any spans or voids within the old pipe, the relined pipe as it is a structural liner and will therfore fill these voids and spans and you will be left with a brand new pipe within the old pipe.
